Terms & Conditions for Corpus Christi Vacation Rentals
Reservation and Payment
To secure a reservation at our Corpus Christi vacation rentals, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the reservation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full amount is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via major credit cards and bank transfers. Failure to make the final payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit. All rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
Property Use and Conduct
Our vacation rentals are intended for family-friendly vacations and must be used responsibly. The maximum occupancy for each property must be adhered to at all times, and no parties or events are allowed without prior written consent from the management. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, and community guidelines. Any damage to the property or its contents caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest's credit card on file. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental properties, and pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rentals with prior approval and an additional fee. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate eviction without refund.
